1 teaspoon ground cardamom
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ cup coconut flour
1 tablespoon Erythritol
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon butter, softened
¼ teaspoon salt

1. Preheat the air fryer to 355F. In the shallow bowl mix up ground cinnamon,
ground cardamom, and Erythritol. After this, in the separated bowl mix up
coconut flour, baking powder, egg, salt, and butter. Knead the non-sticky dough.
Add more coconut flour if needed. Then roll up the dough and make 4 donuts
with the help of the donut cutter. After this, coat every donut in the cardamom
mixture. Let the donuts rest for 10 minutes in a warm place. Then spray the air
fryer with cooking spray. Place the donuts in the air fryer basket in one layer and
cook them for 6 minutes or until they are golden brown. Sprinkle the hot cooked
donuts with the remaining cardamom mixture.
