Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
1 tablespoon ghee, melted
2 cups baby spinach, torn into small pieces
2 tablespoons shallots, chopped
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt, to taste
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, roughly chopped
1. Start by preheating your Air Fryer to 350 degrees F. Brush the sides and
bottom of a gratin dish with the melted ghee.
2. Put the spinach and shallots into the bottom of the gratin dish. Season with red
pepper, salt, and fresh thyme.
3. Make four indents for the eggs; crack one egg into each indent. Bake for 12
minutes, rotating the pan once or twice to ensure even cooking. Enjoy!
