Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
3/4 pound zucchini, peeled and sliced
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, preferably freshly grated
1. Pat the zucchini dry with a kitchen towel.
2. In a mixing dish, thoroughly combine the egg, breadcrumbs, and cheese.
Then, coat the zucchini slices with the breadcrumb mixture.
3. Cook in the preheated Air Fryer at 400 degrees F for 9 minutes, shaking the
basket halfway through the cooking time.
4. Work in batches until the chips is golden brown. Bon appétit!
